![]() SARATOGA 9/2/10 Thanks to Lisa's Booby Trap being completely over bet down to even money favoritism, us backers of Queen of the Creek were able to get a plump 4-1 price on her in the second division of The Riskaverse Stakes Thursday at Saratoga. After taking control a few jumps from the gate, Julien Leparoux let Queen of the Creek do her thing on the front end without trying to restrain her. Like she did in winning a 2x optional claimer over some older fillies going the same one mile distance as The Riskaverse on July 26th, Queen of the Creek opened a long lead heading up the backstretch before never looking back on her way to a gate to wire victory.
